What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Electronic component failures under normal use
• Housing and enclosure defects
• Cable defects (for tethered models)
• Software and firmware issues

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation (must be installed by a qualified electrician)
• Physical damage from accidents, misuse, or vandalism
• Damage from electrical surges not caused by the charger
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty validity:

• The charger must be installed by a qualified, registered electrician
• Installation must comply with local electrical regulations
• The charger must not be modified or tampered with
• Proof of purchase must be retained

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team at info@egoevchargers.com
2. Provide your proof of purchase and product serial number
3. Describe the issue in detail
4. We will assess the claim and provide a resolution within 5 business days

Our Rights

EGO EV Chargers reserves the right to:

• Repair or replace the defective unit at our discretion
• Require the defective unit to be returned for inspection
• Use reconditioned parts of equivalent quality for repairs

Consumer Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
